Virgil was born in Salem Oregon to
Effie Smith and Cecil Boyd.
After graduating from High School he
began work as an Engineer with
the State of Oregon Hiway and
worked for 26 years.
Then was self-employed for the
next 30 years.
He is survived by wife Sharron
of 42 years and children
Dani Morley, Teri Alexander, Traci Daugherty
Jeffrey Phillips, Ryan Phillips, 9 grandchildren
and 1 great granddaughter.
