Troy Shawn David, 44, passed away February 5th in Portland, OR. He grew up and attended schools in Grants Pass, OR. He loved the outdoors and spending time with his children. He was a truck driver for many years. He was currently a full time student at Portland Community College studying aviation mechanics. He is survived by his four daughters, Ashlyn, Alissa, Madison, and Valerie David, his mother and stepfather, Dianne and Ray Houck of Grants Pass, father and stepmother Verlin and Linda David of Reedsport, sisters, Julie Smith of Medford, Tina Wilder of Wilsonville, stepsisters Sheri Houck of Tacoma, Deborah Miller of Everett, and brother Tracey David of Grants Pass. Also several nieces and nephews. He will be truly missed by all of us. A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
