Theodore William Roskowyk was born January 10, 1948 in Wenatchee, Washington to Theodore Joseph Roskowyk and Alta Almira [fuller] Roskowyk. He attended Tigard High School and Pacific University in Forest Grove. He worked as an Operations Manager for Triple S Sales in Sherwood. He is survived by his wife Kathleen, daughters Erin DeLaO and Cara Elstad. He has 4 grandchildren, Gabbie, Isabela and Nicholas DeLaO and Liam Elstad. He loved the outdoors, fishing and hunting. He was a member of the Tri County Gun Club.
