Our hearts are heavy with sadness as we announced the death of our beloved mother and friend Sarah Louise (Loving) Shook. Mom passed away peacefully in her sleep on October 24, 2022. She was born February 7th, 1931, in Oakland Park, Florida to Thomas Tingey Loving and Ruth H. (Slaughter) Loving.

She is survived by her children Jim (Debbie), John (Shelly), Tom (Vikki), Patricia and daughter in law Kim, five grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren and one great great grandchild. Preceding her in death were her parents, her sister Babs and her son Jeffrey.


Sarah enjoyed watching her favorite shows on TV and every evening at 7:00 you knew not to call her because she would be watching Jeopardy. When she could talk her daughter into it, her trips to bingo were never too far apart because this was her favorite pastime.


Mom, you are loved so very much and will be missed by so many!
