Ruth Aileen Bargmann died at the age of 97 on June 18, 2012 at a local care center.Ruth was born June 21, 1914 at Hubbard, Oregon to Fred and Ruby (Cole) Norton.She grew up in the Aurora area, graduating from Woodburn High School.Ruth worked for a furniture store doing secretarial work.She married John Bargmann at Portland, Oregon .Ruth had many passions; drama, art and music. Ruth enjoyed German folk dancingand was a member of a band, playing piano, violin and accordion.She was a member of Burlingame Baptist Church.She is survived by her sister-in-law Loretta Brusch, 1 nephew Donald Brusch, 3 nieces; Lavonne Bush, Suzanne Brusch and Kathryn Spagle, 4 great nieces and nephews and 3 great great nieces and nephews.Preceded in death by husband John Bargmann and brother Archie Brusch.
