Our Dad, Grandpa, friend was a strong, adventurous, knowledgeable man. He loved to kayak, travel, hike, fish, farm, teach, literally anything that would allow him to spend time with others. He had stories about just about everything. There was never a dull moment. He was always willing to help anyone on anything. He wasn't afraid to tackle any project. I think he taught all of us a lot in our life. Our life lessons never ended.
He was so proud and thankful of all of his family and friends. He love to talk to everyone. This was evident in the last 51 days of his life as he was visited by so many. It was so good to see his smile and hear his laugh.
He will be remembered.
