Obituary
Robert (Bob) Isawo Ikeda, born on September 11, 1956, in Portland, Oregon passed away on August 10, 2022, from pancreatic cancer peacefully at home, surrounded by loved ones.
A lifelong Oregonian, he attended Gresham High School, and Portland Community College. He enjoyed a long, successful career as a PCB designer. His hobbies were: skiing, biking, hiking, Broadway and Shakespeare plays, music, and wine tasting. He was also an avid collector of F1, and space exploration memorabilia.
Bob was preceded in death by his father, Masaharu Ikeda, and his mother, Martha Masako Murahasi Ikeda. He is survived by his beloved wife, Tamara; daughter, Jennifer; stepsons, Tyler, and Troy (Kyenne); stepdaughter, Tara (Roy); grandchildren, Brayden, Aryk, Kwyn, and Noah; sisters, Lucy (Bruce), Amy (Albert), and Karen (Tim).
There will be no service, and in lieu of flowers, please feel free to donate to: Oregon Public Broadcasting (OPB), End of Life Choices Oregon (EOLCOR), or the American Cancer Society (ACS).
