Reva Lorena Lusk was born March 11, 1923 at Kaw City, Oklahoma. She moved to San Diego, California, in 1923 and to Southern Oregon in 1935.
In 1948 she married Joe McCallister who died in October 1972. In September 1975 she married Wendell Lusk. She retired from US Bank in 1985.
Reva is survived by her two daughters, Lynn (Dave) Shellhorn, Chandler, Arizona; and Laree (Bruce) Radke, LaPine, Oregon, and five stepdaughters, Barbara (Doug) Davis, Gresham, Oregon; Lucretia (Terry) Burton, New Braunfels, Texas; Cindi (Bill) Rackley, Central Point, Oregon; Sophronia (Harry) Selby, Coeur d'Alene, Idaho; and LaDorna McLaughlin, Central Point, Oregon. Two brothers, Leonard Chesnut and Paul Chesnut, one sister, Elva Addington, one stepdaughter, Selene Ash, and one stepgrandson, Joshua Hutchinson, preceded her in death.

A memorial service will be held at Simon-Cornwell Colonial Chapel, 390 N. 2nd Street, Woodburn, on Friday, September 29, 2017 at 2 p.m.
