Ray Ezel Philpot August 19, 1925 - August 10, 2013Hubbard - Ray Ezel Philpot passed away August 10, 2013. He was 87 years old. He was born in Stigler, Oklahoma, and son of Lee and Mamie Philpot of Molalla, Oregon. Ray had three brothers; Jack and wife Ramona Philpot, Gerald and wife Lois Philpot, Norman and wife Yvonne Philpot and one sister, Bernice and husband Charles Austin. Ray is survived by his wife Loragene Rose. Ray was married to Loragene for 65 years. They have six grown children; Diana and husband Robert Hoober, Larry Philpot, Debbie and husband Kevin Williams, Linda and husband Greg Rieder, Mike and wife Laurie Philpot and Mark Philpot. There are five grandchildren; Jason Wood, Dustin Philpot, Chantell Philpot, Tyler Philpot, Marque Philpot. There are two great grandchildren; Celeste and Noah Wood.A celebration of life will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, August 17, 2013 at Woodburn Foursquare Church, 1175 East Lincoln Street, Woodburn.
