Obituary
Olivia R. Garcia was born September 20, 1934 in Mission, Texas, growing up in Donna, Texas. Olivia passed away November 3, 2017 in Portland, Oregon. She married Cruz S. Garcia Sr. on April 10, 1955. She worked in the farm fields and later worked as a caregiver until retirement. Olivia is survived by her husband Cruz and their four children: Odelia Alaniz of Woodburn, Cruz Garcia Jr. of Arizona, Melida Garcia of Molalla, Homer Garcia of Keizer. She is also survived by her 16 grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Olivia was preceded in death by her daughter Sylvia Garcia Hicks.
Funeral Mass was held November 9, 2017 at St. Luke Catholic Church in Woodburn.
