Mary E. Rikke , 78, recently of Gladstone, formerly of Woodburn, passed away on June 6, 2012.She was born on November 5, 1933 in Monticello, Utah. She moved to Woodburn, Oregon with her family in 1944 and graduated from Woodburn High School in 1952. She married Richard S. Rikke on May, 3, 1953 in Woodburn where they lived until moving to Gladstone in 1957.After lovingly raising her children, Mary worked as a Title Clerk at Kellum Motors with her husband. She enjoyed bird watching, walking, camping and most of all, time spent with her family and friends.She is survived by her son, Scott Rikke of Milwaukie, OregonGrandchildren Mark Schoenborn, Rachel Peterson, Reann Rikke, Ryan Schoenborn; 4 great grandchildren; sisters Betty Becker and Linda Newton, both of Woodburn.She is proceeded in death by her husband Richard, daughter Sheri Schoenborn, Parents Charles & Jessie Taylor and brother Dale Taylor.Contributions can be made to: Gladstone Nazarene Church, 4180 SE Jennings, Milwaukie, Oregon 97267.A Grave side Service was held on Monday, June 11 at Belle Passi Cemetery. A Memorial Service was held the same day at the Nazarene Church of Gladstone.Arrangements were by Cornwell Colonial Chapel in Woodburn.
