Marilynn Dallas Byroads died at the age of 79 on August 18, 2012 at a local care center.Marilynn was born August 14, 1933 at Melstone, MT to Joseph and Vera Estelle (Hughes) Nerbovig. At age six family moved to Gresham, OR. After high school she attended two years of college at OSU. Marilynn married Melvin Byroads April 4, 1975 at San Mateo, CA Marilynn was a member of Immanuel Lutheran Church. Also was a member of Alpha Chi Omega Sorority at OSU.Marilynn is survived by her husband Melvin of Woodburn, OR, daughters; Lori Johnson and Lynn Fitzpatrick both of Livermore, CA. Three step children; Denise Shikora of Orinda, CA, Steven Byroads of Los Angeles, CA and Jeffrey Byroads of San Diego, CASeven grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren, sisters; Patricia Greenlees of Florida and Virginia Maier of Arroyo Grande, CAShe is preceded in death by a sister Josephine Barnett.Funeral service will be held Tuesday- August 28, 2012 at 10:00 AM at Cornwell Colonial Chapel- Woodburn.
