Marie Elizabeth Thomas, 78, was born in Outlook WA on September 2, 1933 to Fred and Pearl Snow and passed away on March 26, 2012. She was raised on the family farm and graduated from Sunnyside High School. She married Richard E. Thomas of Sunnyside in 1952 and moved to California where he was stationed in the Navy. After his service, they moved back to be near family. They lived in Yakima WA for their married life and raised their family. Marie worked for a Computer Data Processing Center where she was the Office Manager. She retired in 1980 to enjoy every minute of helping raise her grandchildren. After the passing of her husband in 1992 and daughter in 1999, she moved to Wilsonville OR and established a new home. She met Rene Seghetini in 2002 and shared life and love with him. She was very involved in family and her passion for Bridge. She dearly loved her friends at Bridge and the competitive play. Her everyday life was filled with Rene, family, bridge, reading and her interest in technology. Marie is survived by her Love Rene, daughters Linda (Boyd) Morse of Green Valley AZ, Peggy (Brad) Stewart of Wilsonville OR and son Tony (Lori) Thomas of Yakima WA. Grandchildren -Natalie Sali, Stephanie Snow, Dave Snow, Bill Thomas, Jackie Thomas, Jill (Matt) Vosper, Jenny (Trevor) Conroy, Bo Stewart, Courtney Stewart. Great Grandchildren - Twins Jack and Jake, Anthony, Jaxson, Hunter. Sisters Ruth (Lee) Mitchell of The Dalles OR and Deanna Thomas of Outlook WA. Many nieces and nephews who meant so much to her. She was preceded in death by her husband Rich, daughter Lori, parents Fred and Pearl Snow, sister Dorothy Holt, brothers Harold Snow and Tom Snow.Celebration of Life Service will be held at Cornwell Colonial Chapel in Wilsonville OR on Saturday, March 31 at Noon - immediately followed by Interment at Aurora Community Cemetery. All are invited to join our family after the services at the home of Brad and Peggy Stewart.
