Marie Louise Dejardin died July 3, 2004 at the age of 82. She was born November 26, 1921 in Los Angeles, California. She grew up in Lake Oswego and Mt. Angel, Oregon. Marie married Patrick DeJardin of Gervais, Oregon on November 27, 1945, and they moved to Woodburn, Oregon to begin their family. Marie raised 5 children and also worked as a secretary in the Woodburn schools. After retirement Marie and Pat moved briefly to Los Angeles where they managed an apartment complex a few years. They returned to Woodburn and settled in the Senior Estates. Recently they live at Country Meadows in Woodburn and Farmington Square in Tualatin. She enjooyed golf, gardening, sewing and baking, especially pies. She was a member of St. Luke Catholic Church.Marie is survived by her husband, Patrick, and their five children: Robert Antoine of Lakewood, Washington, Michael Patrick of Tualatin, Oregon, Kathleen Ann of Bearsville, New York, Nancy Louise of Tualatin, Oregon and Thomas Alan of Tigard, Oregon and their spouses as well as nine grandchilren and 3 great-grandhchildren.
