Obituary

Mae Jackson, longtime Woodburn resident, died in Battle Ground, Wash. on Fri. Nov. 27th.

Mae was born in Eagle Bend, Minn. She moved to Woodburn when she was 8 years old. Mae lived in California, Oregon & Washington. She attended Clackamas CC, Chemeketa CC and OCE in Monmouth.

In 1967, Mae became the Children's Librarian for the Woodburn Public Library, retiring in 1985.

She loved reading, traveling and family gatherings.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Jack (DH) Jackson. She is survived by her sister Alice Moyle, her three children Bill Jackson, Steve Jackson and Lynne Crapper, many grandkids and great grandkids and loving nieces and nephews.

A private service will be held at Belle Passi Cemetery.

Arrangements are by Cornwell Colonial Chapel.
