Lula Mae Bradley, a Crown Zellerbach retiree died April 7, 2013 at Woodburn. She was eighty-seven years old.Born in Rockypoint, Wyoming June 11, 1925, and moved to Oregon in 1937 and , after graduating from Gilchrist High School, moved to the Portland area.In 1945 she married Bill Ellison, who passed away in 1953. She marriedDale Bradley in 1955. She was employed at Montgomery Wards, Willamette & Steel Shipyards, P&C Tool Co. for a total of ten years and retired from Zellerbach in 1982 after 29 years, working at the West Linn Mill and Portland Office.Lula Mae was a thirty year breast cancer survivor. She was a member of First PresbyterianChurch of Woodburn. She was also a member of Willamette Valley Country Club of Canby, Sea Mountain Golf Club in Hawai, and Senior Estates Golf Club in Woodburn.She was also a member of the Auxillary of Veterans of Foreian War, International Order of Foresters, Oregon Women's Golf Assoc. and Teed-Off Golfettes. In addition to being an accomplished bowler and golfer, she was an avid card player and enjoyed crocheting.She and her husband moved from West Linn to Senior Estates in Woodburn in 1991.She was preceded in death by her only sister Lorena Bard of Eugene.She is survived by her husband Dale of Woodburn, daughter Shirley Kyte of Newberg, son Rev. Mark Bradley of Vancouver, WA,six grandchildren Heather Stephensonand Shannon Morales of Newberg, Bethany Bradley of Houston and Grace Bradley of Vancouver ,WA, Jordan Bradley of Kansas City, MO and Josiah Bradley of Vancouver, WA and two great-grandchildren Brody Morales and Brandy Stephenson.Funeral service will be held Monday- April 15, 2013 at 11:00 AM at CORNWELL Colonial Chapel- WoodburnGraveside service at 2:00 PM same day at Mountain View Cemetery 500 Hilda St. Oregon City, ORArrangements by Cornwell Colonial Chapel- Woodburn
