Lou Anna Gertrude Bock died at the age of 81 on Jan. 18, 2015 at a local hospital.
Lou Anna was born Aug. 21, 1933 at Bennington, Nebraska to Richard and Anna (Holling)
Schaefer. Lou Anna married Donald Marvin Bock Dec. 30, 1956 in Omaha, Nebraska.
Lou Anna settled in Woodburn in 1970. She was a cashier in the retail department
stores. Lou Anna was a member of Hope Lutheran Church in Woodburn.
Lou Anna is survived by her children; Debra Smyres , Gary, Steven Bock, siblings Roy Schaefer, Ina Mae Dux, 6 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband Donald and sister Betty Hammond.
Memorial service will be Jan. 24, 2015 at 2:00 PM at Hope Lutheran Church in Woodburn.
Private Interment at Willamette National Cemetery.
Arrangements by Simon-Cornwell Colonial Chapel- Woodburn.
