Linda Easter Pruitt passed away peacefully at her home in Woodburn, Oregon on Sunday, February 25, 2018. She was seventy years old. Linda was born June 30, 1947 in Bakersfield, California. She was an ordained minister with the International Foursquare Church and over the years served in ministry with her husband Andy Pruitt in California, Missouri, Texas and Oregon. She was a gifted teacher and mentor to many over the years. Linda was also very creative and skilled at sewing, quilting and hand crafting; and owned and operated three online handcraft businesses: Abigail Jayne Textile Art, Pruitt Creations, and Pruitt Supply. Above all she loved God and family. She lived her life in relationship with God through Christ Jesus and was lovingly devoted to her husband and family.
Linda is preceded in death by her first husband Daryl Easter who passed away in 1988, and by her father LeeRoy Clark who died in 2003.
On June 16, 1990 Linda married Andy Pruitt and what is often lovingly referred to as the "Pruitt Easter Clan" was born. It is a family that began with the affirmation that God had not only brought Andy and Linda together but that he brought their families together to be as one family.
This is the family Linda leaves behind: Her husband Andy Pruitt, ten children—Donald Easter, Jacqueline Lightner, Patricia Lee, Elaine Truitt, Penelope Darby, Paula Cubillas, Jeremiah Easter, Aaron Easter, Peter Pruitt, and Suzanne Hoselton—twenty-eight grandchildren and six great-grandchildren with another great-grandchild on the way as of this date. She also leaves behind her mother, Jodine Clark; sister, Delynn Wagner; brother Roy Clark; and a host of nieces, nephews, inlaws and friends who held her in high esteem and will miss her greatly.
