Judith May Van Valkenberg died at the age of 64 on May 20, 2014.Judith was born Sept. 23, 1949 at Woodburn, OR to Peter and Mildred (Pavlicek) Kolar.She belonged to the Catholic Daughters. She enjoyed camping, crabbing with family and dancing.Judith is survived by her daughter Michelle Gallichant of Otis, son Leonard Van Valkenberg Jr. of Mulino and brothers: Richard, Leonard, Robert Kolar, sisters; Lillian Hosley, Mary Ann Sanchez ,Shirley Hosley , 5 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren.Visitation will be held Monday May 26, 2014 at 6:00 PM Rosary to follow at 7:00 PM at Simon-Cornwell Colonial Chapel.Funeral Mass will be Tuesday May 27, 2014 at 11:00 AM at St Luke Catholic Church.Interment to follow at St Luke Catholic Cemetery- Woodburn.Following Interment , friends are invited to a reception at St. Agnes Catholic Church3052 D St.- Hubbard, OR 97032Arrangements by Simon-Cornwell Colonial Chapel-Woodburn.
