Judith Ralston (Kelley) Harley
June 2, 1944 - Nov. 19, 2021

Judith Harley, age 77, of Woodburn Oregon, died in a tragic car accident. Judy, daughter of Richard Kelley and Edith Clark, was born at Oak Knoll Naval Hospital, Oakland, Cal.

Judy grew up in Portland, Oregon where she attended Ainsworth Elem. and Lincoln High. She went on to PSU and U of O and taught art with the Parks and Rec. Dept. She worked in food production and planted trees. Later she earned her CNA and CMA from Chemeketa C. College and provided caregiving to those with Alzheimer and Dementia. She also taught English as a Second Language. Judy was an avid reader of cultures, plants, animals and the bible, sang in her church choir, took Spanish classes and enjoyed gardening and sewing.

Judy is survived by partner Francisco Alvarez, sisters Priscilla (Bill) Bigler and Edith (Bob) Fowler, her children Dawn (Don) Jones, Alfred (Angela) Harley, Aubrey (Jackie) Harley, and Eve (Ryan) Hunter, former husband Traynor Harley and 8 grandchildren; Nathaniel, Alex, Audra, James, Allison, Andy, Joey, and Autumn.

The memorial honoring Judy will be held at 2 p.m., Dec. 20, 2021 at Simon Cornwell Colonial Chapel, 390 N 2nd St., Woodburn, OR. The live memorial Zoom link will be provided on the Chapel's website. Donations in Judy's name may be made to Light of the World Woodburn Church, Audubon Society, Sierra Club, American Himalayan Foundation, Hebrew Nation Radio, and St. Labre Indian School. Judy's final resting place at her mother's side will be at a private inurnment, Terrebonne Pioneer Cemetery.
