JR John Gendhar of Hubbard, OR died April 16, 2012 at the age of 40. He was born October 21, 1971 in Fort Riley, Kansas to Michael & Soncha (Oh) Gendhar. JR attended North Marion H.S. and graduated in 1990. Later he would marry the love of his life, Christi Gillespie on May 28th, 1999 in Salem, OR and together they would have two adorable twin daughters. Besides spending time with his family he worked in the electronics industry as a test & repair technician, but he was also considered a jack of all trades and was skilled at wood and metal working and house remodeling. Not only were they jobs for him at times, he enjoyed them as hobbies. JR also enjoyed drawing and his most enjoyable hobby, "motorcycling" with his friends and family. He will be greatly missed by all that knew him; he was a loving husband, father and true family man. He is survived by his wife; Christi, daughters; Bridgette Anne & Cassasndra Rose Gendhar, his mother; Soncha, grandmother; Marian Nobles, brothers; Mitchell Anthony Gendhar, Michael Christopher Hatcher, Mark Robie Watkins and Don Brown, in-Laws; Mick & Kathy Gillespie and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts and uncles. A Celebration of life for JR will be 11AM; Saturday, May 5, 2012 @ Simon Woodburn Funeral Chapel.
