John Willes Duncan was born on January 4, 1985, in Oregon City, Oregon. He passed away on April 2, 2017, in Tuscan, Arizona.
He grew up and attended school in Hubbard and Newberg. He played baseball, football and was on a junior bowling league. John was a natural caregiver. He would always step up to care for a sick child or take care of a pet whether it was his or someone else's. John will always be remembered for his sense of humor, his love of sports especially; Oregon Ducks football, and his love and affection for his daughters.
He is survived by his daughters Shyanna Duncan, Lilly Johnson, and Shayna Jasper. Father and Stepmother, Rich and Kathy Duncan, Mother, Suzanne Logan, Sisters, Stephanie Duncan and Emma Hlevinka, Brother, Logan Hlevinka, Step-brothers, Dustin and Jeff Hamor, Grandparents Deena and Earl Hertz.
