Joan Schuler Flomer, 87, of Woodburn, died Sept. 12, 2015, in Wilsonville, with family by her side.
She was born to the late Walter A. and Dorothea Kester Schuler on August 31, 1928, in Portland, Oregon. The family later resided in Astoria, before moving to Woodburn in 1941.

Joan was a member of and enjoyed attending the various educational programs offered at the Portland Art Museum, Oregon Historical Society, and Old Church Society.
