Janalene J. Trunde of Woodburn, died November 23, 2012 at the age of 78. Mrs. Trunde was born March 23, 1934 in Mulino, Oregon to John & Ora (Robison) Phelps. She was born and raised in Oregon and settled in the Woodburn area in 1990. She married James T. Trunde in Vancouver, WA in 1971, he died in 2011. Janalene Worked for Tektronics for 30 years doing assembly, but when she wasn't working, she enjoyed spending time with her husband and her family. Family meant everything to Mrs. Trunde, so much so that she would fill spiral notebooks full of their names. She was so knowledgeable of her family that she knew everyone by order, number and name (alphabetically.) When she wasn't spending time with her family she would enjoy her crosswords and chatting with the elderly in the local retirement centers. She is survived by her daughter; Cindy Mulkey, Brother; Richard Phelps, Sisters; Cleo Schneider & Lela Palmer, grandchild; Forrest Heksem and great grandchild Kiley Heksem. Funeral service will be Wednesday; 10AM, December 5, 2012 at Simon Woodburn Funeral Chapel. Interment will follow at Willamette National Cemetery. Contributions can be made in her name to the
