January 6, 1911 – December 24, 2015
Mom was born in Alton, Iowa to John & Anna Schneider. The family moved to Mt. Angel in 1917, and later to their farm in St Paul. After her high school graduation, she worked in Portland until her marriage to Fred Hiller in 1936.
She loved being a wife, mother, grandmother, and was always busy taking care of family and home. She and dad were proud to be farmers, and felt blessed to have a large family fill their lives. Dad preceded her in death in 1991. She is survived by her children: Carolyn Westover, Norene (Ken) Kudrna, Rose Ann (Ray) Richardson, George (Charlotte) Hiller, Stan (Kathy) Hiller, and son-in-law Dick Buyserie, 11 grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren, and three great-great grandchildren.
She made each day special for everyone and we are grateful for so many who tenderly cared for her.
Rosary will be held Tues. Dec. 29, 2015 at 7:00 PM at St. Paul Catholic Church.
Funeral Mass will be held at 11 am, December 30, 2015 at the St Paul Church. Remembrances may be made to the St. Paul organization of your choice. Arrangements by Simon-Cornwell Colonial Chapel- Woodburn.
