Gene Edward Hopkins died at the age of 73 on Mar. 23, 2016 at a local hospital.
Gene was born Feb. 24, 1943 at Woodburn, OR to Delmar and Catherine (Koutney) Hopkins.
Gene married Barbara Smith in Reno, NV on June 24, 1974. Gene worked for a steel pipe mfg. for 40 years, retiring in 2006.
Gene is survived by his spouse Barbara, son Phillip Hopkins, brother Robert Hopkins and 4 grandchildren.
