Born on January 1, 1938 to William and Jessie (Grenier) Smith in Newberg Oregon, Frances Anna Stauffer-White passed peacefully on July 6, 2024.

Frances was well known in the community through her ownership of the 76 gas station in Hubbard OR., her active membership in the American Legion Auxiliary, her involvement with the Aurora Flea Market, and multiple garden clubs.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her sister Margaret Kelley, her brother Robert Smith, her son Douglas Stauffer, as well as both beloved husbands Edgar Stauffer of 34 years and Edward White of 18 years.

Frances will be remembered by the many lives she has touched and is survived by her daughter Merilee Stauffer of Ridgefield WA, brothers William Smith (LuAnn) of Cottage Grove OR, and Richard Smith (Terry) of Darby MT, as well as numerous nieces and nephews.

Services will be held at Simon Cornwell Funeral Chapel in Woodburn OR on Friday July 19, 2024 at 11:30 AM.
