"Granny" Erma Inez SinnerJanuary 23, 1919-February 4, 2012Erma "Granny" passed away in her daughter's home on February 4, 2012 after a long life of 93 years. Erma was born on January 23, 1919 in Adams, Nebraska to John and Anna (Rathe) Kamp. Erma attended Crospy School, northeast of Adams. Being a Daddy's girl on the family's farm, she learned to work hard. In 1943 she married her childhood sweetheart, Harris Hugh Moore. On March 7, 1944 daughter Karen Ann was born. Erma lost her husband to the War on October 21, 1944. Erma loved to dance and that's where she meets Hank Sinner, they were married on January 18, 1947. In January of 1953 the family of 3 moved to Hubbard. Erma lost Henry(Hank) to a brain tumor on April 7, 1955. Erma found work at a local farm than later work at Hudson House of Milwaukie. Erma was a huge North Marion sports fan for many years. She will be fondly remembered and terribly missed. She is survived by daughter, Karen Perez of Hubbard; grandchildren, Tony Perez of Hubbard, Janet (Andy) Prescott of Jerome, Idaho and Vikki (Isaac) Doubrava of Hubbard; Great-grandchildren, Lizzette, Porter Hugh, Alexis and Sophia Prescott, Dylan and Isabel Doubrava; many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her sisters Orva Moore and Opal Kroese. Services were held.
