Obituary
Doris May Walker died at the age 88 on Dec. 21, 2014. Doris was born Dec. 14, 1926 at Woodburn Hospital to William Jennings and Nellie T. (Engle) Yates.
She graduated from Woodburn High School in 1945. Doris married Joseph "Joe"
Walker Jr. Dec. 8, 1946 at Woodburn, ORDoris loved her roses, spending time with her family, friends, grandchildren, great grandchildren,watching Trail Blazers, Oregon Ducks and an occasional trip to the casino.Doris was a beautiful, loving, kind-hearted, generous, strong, tolerant supportive mom and grandma with a spunky spirit and a twinkle in her eye.
She will be missed by all.
Doris is survived by her daughter Peggy (Elton) Clark,sons; Bill (Carol), Bob (Jill) Walker, seven grandchildren, seven great grandchildren and two on the way.
She was preceded in death by her husband Joe Jr. and sister Margaret Moore.
Memorial service will be held Fri. Jan. 2, 2015 at 2:00 PM at Simon-Cornwell Colonial Chapel- Woodburn.
Interment at Belle Passi Cemetery- Woodburn.
