Doreen Cecil Remington died at the age of 85 on March 19, 2012 at her Canby residence.Doreen was born September 30, 1926 at Sheridan, Oregon to William and Iva (Luchia) Mackie. She was raised in Sheridan, where she graduated from Sheridan High School.Doreen moved to the Woodburn area in 1956 before eventually settling in Canby, OR. She married Richard Bruce Remington at Vancouver, WA December 15, 1944.She is survived by her daughter Vicky Ward of Canby and two sisters: Dorothy Wyss and Shirley Chamberlain both of SheridanTwo grandchildren and two Great Grandchildren.She was preceded in death by her husband Richard in 2011 and a daughter Patricia in 1970.
