The life of Dennis Digby began 63 years ago in Hertford, England. A few years later he was given a sister, Jean. She has been a companion, fellow traveler and dear friend. As a teen Dennis met and fell in love with his wife Patricia. During their 43 years of love, celebrations, and challenges they were blessed with 4 sons Darren, Dylan, Jason and Jonathan. As his sons married, his family grew to have daughters: Shellie, Heather, Anna, Emily; and grandchildren: Markia, Julianna, Kathryn, Lelen, Kayden, Beckett and Kylan. The light these children brought to his eyes and the joy they all shared was beautiful. During his full life Dennis shared his love of sailing, traveling, gardening and nature with both family and friends. All of his sons have been bitten by the travel bug and this is no doubt due to Dennis' commitment to showing his family the world and all it has to offer. Dennis also mastered life balance. He was a brilliant and successful engineer, as well as a remarkably wonderful husband and father. He took great pride in his work and had the pleasure of truly helping mankind with his work. He deeply appreciated and enjoyed the people he worked with. People close to him felt that because he so often triumphed over life threatening health issues that he had nine lives or was a real life superhero. The truth is Dennis was an incredibly loved man who possessed amazing strength and was holding onto his dream. Life. A life filled with success, love and adventure.
