Born at Granite Falls, Minnesota. She came to Woodburn at the age of 12 and attended Woodburn grade and high school.After High School, she lived in Portland and worked as a telephone operator.She was married to Nicholas Patterson June 15, 1947 at Woodburn, OregonShe had lived in Gladstone, Portland and Southern California for a number of years, returning to Woodburn where she made her home in 1988.She was a home maker most of her life, but she had also worked in a number of restaurants waitressing in the area. She was a member of the Baptist Church and the Woodburn Eagles Lodge.She is survived by her children Rikke Patterson and Debby Elkins both of Woodburn. 4 grandchildren, 6 Great Grandchildren and 1Great- Great Grandchild Preceded in death by her husband Nicholas and daughter Kristi OgleFuneral Service will be held Thurs. April 19, 2012 at 10:30 AM at Cornwell Colonial Chapel- Woodburn. A reception will follow the service at the Eagles Lodge at Woodburn.
