Daisy Lenora Cox's Obituary
Daisy Lenora Cox died at the age of 93 on Aug. 12, 2014.
Daisy was born May 27, 1921 at Woodburn, OR to Alfred and Sophie (Schwering) Potts.
She spent her whole life in the Woodburn-Gervais area. She married Paul Cox in Salem
on April 4, 1940. Farming was her life with her husband. Daisy was a member of Presbyterian
Church. She enjoyed hunting, fishing and camping. Daisy was a long-time member of Home Extension now called Family & Community Education.
Daisy is survived by her children; Johnie Cox of Gervais, Pauline Mikkelsen , 5 grandchildren,
15 great grandchildren and 8 great great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband Paul in 2009.
Memorial service will be Sat. Aug. 16, 2014 at 11:00 AM at Simon-Cornwell Colonial Chapel.
Private Interment at Belle Passi Cemetery- Woodburn.
