Preceded in death by her husband of 47 yrs Keith Welch Sr, her brother Frank Jackson Jr, and her parents Frank Sr Jackson and Alverna Jackson.
Survived by her brother Duane Jackson (Janice), sister Alicia Kelley (Patrick), three children Amy Blakey, Keith Welch Jr (Jennifer), Shawn Welch (Debby), nine grandchildren, Joseph Welch (Hailey), Kayla Metje (Cole), Krysta Welch, Jessica Welch, Nate Welch, Rob Welch, Leah Blakey, Olivia Blakey, Gabriel Blakey, and two great-grandchildren children, Isabel Flores and Maria Flores.
Born in Weiser Idaho, Constance Anne Jackson, she graduated from North Phoenix High School in Arizona, and attended Shoreline Community College in Seattle. She met her husband at Aurora Nazarene church. The couple was married September 19, 1970. Connie devoted her life to her family. She was a true partner to her husband and adored her children and grandchildren. Connie volunteered as a Sunday school teacher, at her children's school, and was a cub scout den-leader. She was very involved in women's bible study, and played on a women's soccer team. She worked in the real estate industry for several years as an administrative assistant, and a partner to her husband in their moving business. Before her passing Connie was involved in several activities including; her church Mid-Valley Community church, yoga, cooking, gardening, sewing, and spending time with her friends and family. She was an amazing wife, beloved mother, grandmother, great-grandmother. Connie was a loyal friend, she will be missed by all who knew and loved her.
