Hubbard

Charles was born March 10,1952 in Silverton, Oregon to Junior A. and M. Juanita Fobert
and passed away at his home on Monday- December 23, 2019.
Charles lived in Hubbard for most of his life, graduating from North Marion High School in 1970.
Charles married his wife Mary Ann Wachter on April 1, 1978. He worked for Wilsonville Concrete Products for 40 years.
Family was very important and the joy in his life. From camping ,crabbing or snowmobiling
he enjoyed doing it as a family. Many memories to cherish. He will be greatly missed and forever in our hearts.
Charles is survived by his wife of 41 years, two sons, Charles Jr. and Matthew (Katie), three grandchildren, Chazz, C.J., Madalyn and four of his siblings Norman, Leonard, John and Patricia.
Charles was preceded in death by parents and two siblings Neil and Margaret.
Burial was January 4, 2020 at Belle Passi Cemetery in Woodburn, Oregon. A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
