Cecilia Ann (Bochsler) Nibler
December 26, 1923 – September 6, 2016

Cecilia passed peacefully into the loving arms of the Lord on Tuesday, September 6, 2016. All of her children had an opportunity to see her before her passing in assisted living in Canby, Oregon.
Cecilia was born in Mount Angel, Oregon, on the Bochsler Family Farm. She attended elementary and high school at St. Mary's Academy. John M. Nibler and Cecilia A. Bochsler were married in Mt. Angel on October 10, 1945. John and Cecilia farmed west of Woodburn and raised eight children on the farm. She was an avid baker and made many pies for the church chicken barbeque. She canned many fruits and vegetables raised on the farm, was dedicated to her faith and loved her family.
Cecilia is survived by her youngest brother Lawrence, her children John (Barbara) of Alberta, Canada, Richard (Evelyn) of Salem, Janet Keith of Canby, Charlotte (Chuck Hammack) of Canby, Patrick (Cheryl) of Canby, David (Deanna) of Aurora, and Mary (Scott Greiner) of Canby. She had 14 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren.
Cecilia was preceded in death by her son, Michael and her husband, John "Jack".

Services are to be held September 10, 2016 at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Gervais, Oregon . A funeral mass will be said at 11am, a reception following. Private family internment following the reception.
