Cecelia Rose Hartsook, age 85, passed away on 14 December 2020, in Portland, Oregon. She was born on 3 January 1935, in Flagstaff, Arizona, to Bill and Bertha Parker. She was married to Robert Merle Hartsook for over 66 years. They were married in San Diego, California, where they raised their sons.

Cecelia loved exploring new places and was always up for an adventure in her red Jeep. She wanted to learn to fly but never did. Had she been born in a different generation she might have been an astronaut. She loved her kids and grandkids. She was loving and firm. She always said, "if you cannot say anything nice then do not say anything at all."

Cecelia was a longtime resident of Woodburn, Oregon. She attended St Luke's Catholic Church and had been active in the community before her health declined. She will be missed by all that knew her. Arrangements by Simon Cornwell Colonial Chapel.
