Boni Halton, born in North Dakota, embraced her farm girl roots with pride. She touched countless lives, restoring self-confidence when anyone was at their lowest. This was counterbalanced by an ability to reorient those who had veered perilously towards conceit. Boni fearlessly pursued her goals, earning the nickname "Boni-Badger" or the "Boni-ator" for her stoic determination.

Today, we bid farewell to a remarkable soul. A soul that passed under a starry Oregon sky. Boni Halton's legacy will endure, reminding us to stay humble as we reach for the stars. Rest in peace, dear Boni, your spirit will forever inspire.
