Barbara Jean Rubens died at the age of 91 on Nov. 16, 2015.
Barbara was born Jan. 10, 1924 at Bend, OR to George and Hilda (Williams)
Franks. She married Harry Charles Rubens Mar. 8, 1942 in Eugene, OR.
Barbara was involved with the DAR, VFW and Womens Professional Business Assoc.
She had worked in the Real Estate business , starting her career in Sacramento, CA retiring in 2013 with McCully Realty in Woodburn, OR.
Barbara is survived by her children Donna Renhard of Oregon City , Mark Rubens of
California, siblings; Lowell Franks , Don Franks both of Fort Rock, OR, Georgia Varconi,
Pauline Podawiltz both of Woodburn, 5 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband Harry in 2006.
Funeral service will be held Mon. Nov. 23, 2015 at 2:00 PM at Simon-Cornwell Colonial Chapel- Woodburn.
Private Graveside at Belle Passi Cemetery.
